چکیده

Paciente varón de 69 años con una lesión hiperpigmentada en la planta del pie derecho, náuseas y vómitos, pérdida peso, adenomegalias las regiones inguinales cervicales proptosis ojo derecho. Las imágenes revelaron metástasis ganglios torácicos, cerebro región orbitaria derecha. El estudio histopatológico mucosa duodenal confirmó presencia melanoma.
